The widescreen 10.1” display, with is 1366x768 widescreen resolution, provides plenty of real estate to work. Panasonic has also equipped this ultralight with a great keyboard. Through careful study of typing habits, they have introduced a new “leaf” type keyboard featuring keys that are individually rounded and spaced to streamline your typing experience to be much more accurate and comfortable to use. It's safe to say that it beats typing on a screen.

The J-series thus weights only 1.99lbs and goes anywhere without the need to carry an additional bag.
The J Series offers serious computing power, including a full range of choices from Intel’s newest Core Processor family. From the entry level energy efficient Core i3, the mid-range Core i5, and even the high performance Core i7 (Premium models only), there is a solution to fit every requirement and budget. Even with this enhanced performance, battery life remains an excellent 8 hours with the standard battery, and up to 12 hours with the optional Enhanced battery.
To round out these features, the Panasonic J Series offers RAM options from 4GB standard on the base models upgradeable to 8GB max RAM, and 8GB standard on the Premium versions that is expandable to 16GB total. The Intel HM65 chipset ensures you’ll be able to handle those high quality video streams from your favorite sites, and HDMI and VGA Out options combined with the 3 available USB ports (1x USB3.0, 2x USB2.0) give the flexibility to use the J Series as a portable workstation setup at home or the office.
