Redesign
Evoking an aesthetic not unlike Dieter Rams’ styling for Braun, the Panasonic SX Series has received a slimmer, less bulky redesign from its S Series predecessor. The chassis maintains a handsome squared profile throughout, with nary a bulging corner or side. Easily slide it in and out of luggage without worrying about snags.

World-famous durability, enhanced
Panasonic is well-known for their hardy notebooks which has been further enhanced in the SX. Using a more rigid and time-tested arch design in construction instead of the “roof” design of earlier models, this allows for the thinner profile but still provides peace of mind.

Webcam & USB 3.0
For years Panasonic has omitted a feature most would consider standard on notebooks: a webcam. With the inclusion of a full 720p HD camera and mic, this amazing lightweight machine has become a fully rounded, fully functional all-in-one portable. Add in dual USB 3.0 ports (with a third 2.0 just in case), with one as a dedicated device charger for a mobile phone or tablet, and you can truly go anywhere with everything in one convenient, powerful package.

Enhanced Accessories
Not only has the chassis undergone a conscious redesign, but its accessories have as well. An included Mini AC adapter reduces bulk, featuring a smaller overall profile that plugs directly into the wall, allowing you less cord clutter. Batteries have undergone a transformation too, while still providing the all-day computing you need.

Big power comes from an Intel Core i7-3540M vPro 3.0GHz CPU with Turbo Boost up to 3.60GHz (blazingly fast for a sub-3 pound computer). With up to 16GB RAM, a 12.1" widescreen display, and Intel QM77 Express Chipset, the SX supports intense graphics, along with easier things like streaming videos, spreadsheets, and even the most ADD-plagued multitasking.
